佣金( Commission)是指卖方或买方付给中间商代理买卖或介绍交易的服务酬金。此佣金可以由卖方支付,也可以由买方支付。[qh]
凡价格中含有佣金的称为“含佣价”。佣金有“明佣”和“暗佣”两种。凡在商品的价格中明确佣金百分比或绝对数的,称作“明佣”。[qh]
如果不标明佣金的百分比或绝对数,甚至连“佣金”的字样都不表示出来,且有关佣金问题由双方另行约定,这种做法称为“暗佣”。[qh]
1.明佣的表示方法[qh]
①用文字来表示:[qh]

②用绝对数来表示:[qh]

2.暗佣的表示方法[qh]
双方可就具体内容签订“付佣协议”或“代理协议”加以规定。[qh]
3.佣金的计算方法[qh]
佣金一般是按交易金额的百分比计算,也可按成交的数量来计算,其计算公式为:[qh]
佣金=含佣价×佣金率[qh]
含佣价=净价+佣金[qh]
净价=含佣价一佣金=含佣价×(1-佣金率)[qh]
4.佣金的支付方法[qh]
一种方式是中间代理商直接从货款中扣除,另一种方式是由卖方收到货款后按双方约定的佣金比率,另行支付给中间商。[qh]
