国际奥委会主席造访杭州 与马云洽谈云服务

Heads of Chinese e-commerce titan Alibaba and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) met in Hangzhou to discuss ways of using cloud services to engage young fans around the globe.

日前，中国电子商务巨头阿里巴巴的领导人和国际奥委会负责人在杭州会面，讨论如何利用云服务吸引全球各地的年轻粉丝。

Alibaba signed a deal with the IOC earlier this year to become its partner for cloud computing and e-commerce through to 2028.

在今年年初，国际奥委会就与阿里巴巴签署了协议，成为其云计算和电子商务的合作伙伴，协议直至2028年。

Alibaba is China's largest e-commerce company, operating the country's most popular online shopping site .

阿里巴巴是中国最大的电子商务公司，运营着中国最受欢迎的在线购物网站淘宝网。

Alibaba Group's founder and chairman Jack Ma told visiting IOC President Thomas Bach Friday that Alibaba would use its Internet technologies to lower the operation cost of the IOC and help it attract more young people to watch sports games on the mobile phone.

阿里巴巴集团创始人兼董事长马云向到访的国际奥委会主席托马斯·巴赫表示，阿里巴巴将利用其互联网技术，降低国际奥委会的运营成本，并帮助其吸引更多年轻人在手机上观看体育比赛。

'Connecting the Games with the Internet to lure young people, that is what our technology can do,' he said.

他表示：“用互联网来吸引年轻人，我们的技术完全能够实现。”

Bach said the IOC and Alibaba had a shared vision for a better health and well-being for humankind.

巴赫称，国际奥委会和阿里巴巴对人类的健康和福祉有着共同的愿景。

United, the two can make this dream come true and change the world through the combination of sports and technology, he added.

他还表示，两者可以让梦想成真，并通过体育和技术的结合来改变世界。
