With the beginning of the new year, everything takes on a new look. We look forward to continuing our good cooperation in the coming year for the sustained growth of our relations.
现在，我提议：

干杯！
I now propose a toast,
to our common cause of world peace and development,
to greater friendship and cooperation between China and other countries, and
