中国对菲律宾登岛抗议表示不满

China has expressed anger after Filipino protesters landed on a remote island controlled by the Philippines in the disputed South China Sea. The island of Pagasa in the South China Sea is controlled by the Philippines.

中国对菲律宾抗议者登上存在争议的中业岛(菲称派格阿萨岛)表示不满,该岛屿远离菲律宾国土,但目前由菲方非法占有。

"We once again urge the Philippines to withdraw... from the islands that it is illegally occupying," foreign ministry spokesman Lu Kang said on Monday.

周一,外交部发言人陆慷表示:“中方再次敦促菲律宾从非法占有的岛屿上撤离。”

It comes after about 50 protesters, mostly students, landed on Pagasa in the Spratly archipelago on Saturday. They said they wanted to highlight growing Chinese encroachment.

上周六,大约有50名抗议者登上南沙群岛的中业岛,其中大部分为学生。他们表示要让人们重视中国的不断“入侵”。

China claims almost all the South China Sea, believed to be rich in resources, dismissing rival claims by neighbours. Apart from the Philippines, Brunei, Malaysia, Taiwan and Vietnam all lay claim to the disputed waters.

中国宣称拥有南海的全部主权,及其包含的丰富资源,不理会邻邦的不满诉求。除菲律宾外,还包括文莱、马来西亚、台湾地区和越南都对争议海域提出索求。

The protesters, led by a former naval commander and called Kalayaan Atin Ito (Kalayaan This Is Ours), landed on Saturday and said they would stay for three days - they told the BBC that they would leave by 30 December. The protesters set up a Facebook page where they posted images of them on the island
