I come by at sometime to see it? 我可以在某时间去看房吗？
Can I come by at 2pm tomorrow to see it? 我可以明天下午2点去看房吗？
Sorry, I’m not available at that time, but you can come at... 对不起，我那时没空，但你可以在这个时间段来

3.I’m in the US on a visa. So for me, as a foreigner renting an apartment, what kind of documents do you need from me？
我在美国是签证的身份。那对于像我这样的外国人来说，在租房时，你们需要（我提供）什么样的文件呢？
We need your photo ID, Social Security number, if you have one, and proof of income. 我们需要你提供带照片的身份证件，如果你有社会安全号码的话请一并提供，同时我们需要你提供你的收入证明。
Tip:只有可以在美国合法工作的外国人才能申请social security number，社会安全号码

It’s a one-year lease 租约的时长为一年。

The rent is 800 dollars a month, and the deposit is 1000 dollars. 房租每月800美金，押金是1000美金。
If you don’t have a social security number，you have to pay a deposit of three times your monthly rent； or you can have a guarantor co-sign for you if you don’t want to pay a deposit. 如果你没有社会安全号码的话，那你必须要支付为租金金额的三倍的押金数额；或者如果你不想支付押金的话，你也可以找个担保人让他和你共同签约。

We accept personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders in our office. We also accept credit card, and debit card payments online on our websites. But we are unable to accept cash. 我们的前台办公室接受个人签发的支票，银行支票，以及汇票付款。我们的网站接受信用卡或者储蓄卡付款，但是我们不接受现金付款。
Tip：一般来说，一张汇票money order的最大金额是1000美金；所以如果房租、押金金额比较高的话，你可能需要买好几张汇票。
