英语情景教学实战:道谢

When someone invites you for dinner, you can bring flowers, candy or a bottle of wine. Sometimes people send a thank you note to the host or hostess a few days after the event.
有人请你吃晚餐，你可以带花，糖或者一瓶酒去。有时，人们也会在晚餐后几天发感谢信给主人或女主人。

1.A: I'd better be going.
B: So soon? Why don't you stay a little longer?
A: I wish I could, but it's Already late.
B: Oh, it's a shame that you have to leave.
A: Thank you for a wonderful meal.
B: I'm glad you enjoyed it.

A：我要走了。
B: 这么快？为什么不多待一会儿？
A：我也想，但是已经很晚了。
B：噢，你要走真是遗憾。
A：谢谢你如此丰盛的晚餐。
B：你喜欢我很高兴。2.A: I really must be going now.
B: But you just got here. Can't you stay a little longer?
A: That's very nice of you, but I really can't.
B: Well, it's too bad that you have to go.
A: Thanks very much. It was a great party!
B: It was our pleasure.

A：现在我真的必须走了。

B: Don't mention it. I hope you can come again soon.

A：我想我们是时候走了。
B: 什么？已经要走了吗？你不喝多点咖啡吗？

B: Well, thank you for coming.
