Beijing: Budding Chinese sleuths could start stalking foreigners as suspected spies in Beijing after authorities in the city on Monday offered a cash bonanza for information on overseas agents.

在北京市当局周一宣布为揭发外国间谍提供现金奖励后，中国初露头角的侦探们可以开始跟踪疑似间谍的外国人了。

Members of the public can report suspected espionage through a special hotline by mail or in person and will be rewarded with up to 500000 yuan ($72460) in compensation if their intelligence is deemed useful.
