I'm sorry? 不好意思?
如果别人说第一遍的时候没有挺清楚或者没有弄明白对方的意思,想要对方重复刚才说过的话,这种情况下就可以说'I'm sorry?'
A: Beautiful day today, isn't it?

B: I'm sorry?
不好意思,你说什么?
A: I said it's a beautiful day today.

To think of it as…把这看作是…
'to think of it as…'的意思是'to view/regard sth as…'.在祈使句中,说话人可以用这个短语来做解释,或者提出看待问题的另一种方式.

Customary: if something is customary, it is what people usually do in a particular place or situation 习俗的;习惯的

Impersonal: lacking friendly human feelings or atmosphere; making you feel unimportant 缺乏人情味的;冷淡的usually disapproving
