第二、地道表达：

put words into someone’s mouth

1. 解词释义

改习语是贬义词，是指未经证实说某人有某种看法，为征求别人意见而带人表达，未经同意带某人说话。

2. 支持范例

I never mentioned going away for a holiday and don’t put words into my mouth.

我从来没有提到过去度假，别把这话强加于我！

When he said John here was a favor of the idea and I told him not to put words into my mouth.
