It's been 90 degrees in Beijing for the past week! Every time I step outside I start sweating!

I walk to work every day. And in this heat I end up sweating bullets. I hate the heat.

我每天走着上班。顶着这个高温，我挥汗如雨。我讨厌高温。

perspire 出汗

parasol 阳伞

I like to bring a parasol with me on my walk to work. It protects my skin from the sun and it keeps me cool. And I don't perspire as much.

走路去上班的路上，我会带把阳伞，它不仅保护我的皮肤免受太阳直射，还会让我保持凉爽，就不那么容易出汗了。
